many people in your life has influence over you, but only some are faithful friends
mark 2:1-5
“And when he returned to Capernaum after some days, it was reported that he was at home. And many were gathered together, so that there was no more room, not even at the door. And he was preaching the word to them. And they came, bringing to him a paralytic carried by four men. And when they could not get near him because of the crowd, they removed the roof above him, and when they had made an opening, they let down the bed on which the paralytic lay. And when Jesus saw their faith, he said to the paralytic, “Son, your sins are forgiven.”
when the gospel is preached, people come. wherever Jesus is, the number of people increases.
sometimes our lives can be paralyzed in many ways:
– fears
– addictions
– physical brokenness
you might be physically paralyzed or emotionally wounded. you might have forgotten it but there is a mark/ scar of it
when you’re paralyzed it’s hard for you to go to Jesus on your own. it’s hard for you to go church.
God does not want us to live life alone, that’s why gathering is important

true friends carry your burden
the paralyzed man have friends who will carry him above embarrassment
the paralyzed man needed help so they carried him.
many people are burden by depression, sickness, addictions, failures in their life. true friends come to help in those season, a true friend comes in your weakness.
a true friend visit a friend when they’re hurt, carry your friend to Jesus
if you can’t help yourself you have a friend that can come help you. say i am praying for you.
can you be a friend when you know someone who didn’t come to church?

a true friend doesn’t abandon when life’s get heavy
- a faithful friend doesn’t give up on you
what faith does is finds a way for you and climb higher than where you are in your life right now and break barriers and refuses to defeat what is going on in your life.
if you’re stuck in addiction a friend says i can walk with you where God has called you to. a fake friend will embarrass you infront of people. a real friend honors you and helps you get out of your lowest life.
Jesus saw their faith (Mark 2:5)
- because of other people’s faith you can receive your breakthrough
- because of other people’s faith you can receive your healing
- because of other people’s faith you can strengthen up your faith
needs a friend faith, sometime your faith can carry someone else until they have faith again

Jesus heals the whole person
– physically sickness is the result of your spiritual life
– spiritual life will express outwardly
miracle starts with friendship and faith.
you need people in your life that can help you and be there thick and thin and their faith will uplift you within life
!!prayer will move things. miracle will take places when prayer is in your life!!
