V.I.P means Very Important Person. In the eyes of God, every single person is a V.I.P. You are important and precious to Him.
People may tell you that you’re not important, that you’re lazy, or say other negative things about you. But no matter what others say, that is not how God sees you.
When you understand how important you are in God’s eyes, you begin to understand who you are. You can walk with confidence and face whatever circumstances come your way in life.
Isaiah 43:4
“Because you are precious in my sight and honored, and I love you…”
We often care so much about our outward appearance and how others see us, but God looks at our hearts. We are precious in His eyes because He is the One who created us.
Our value does not depend on how good we are, how talented we are, or how great we may seem. The world may only want talented or successful people, but God says that even when you feel like you have nothing to offer, you are still precious in His eyes.
God says, “I love you.”
He loves us so much that He gave His life and shed His blood for us. That is how precious we are to Him. So don’t look down on yourself.
Many times, we constantly compare ourselves to others. We look at what they have, what they can do, or how they look. But God sees us as His sons and daughters. He gave His life to save us, and that shows just how deeply He loves us.
Psalms 139:14
“I will praise you because I have been remarkably and wonderfully made. Your works are wondrous, and I know this very well.”
You are fearfully and wonderfully made. Because of this, you should learn to value yourself and the body God has given you.
We are V.I.P.s in the eyes of God.
Your Enemy Is Your Thoughts
We all have enemies, but sometimes the most dangerous enemy can be our own thoughts.
The thoughts we allow into our minds can affect how we see ourselves, how we see God, and how we live our lives. If we truly know that we are fearfully and wonderfully made, we won’t allow negative thoughts to control us.
Romans 12:1–2
“I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship. Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind…”
Many people simply follow the ways and thinking of the world. But as followers of Christ, we are called to renew our minds.
Sometimes we may ask, “Lord, what do You want me to do with my future? I’m still so young.”
But before we can know God’s will, we need to learn how to hear His voice.
Romans 10:17
“So faith comes from hearing, and hearing through the word of Christ.”
Faith comes from hearing the Word of God. What we need to hear is the good news of Christ. As we continue to hear and receive God’s Word, our faith grows, our minds are renewed, and we begin to understand His will for our lives.
When we have faith in God, our thoughts will begin to align with the Word of God. But if we constantly listen to the world, our thinking will become more worldly.
We need to turn on our spiritual ears and allow our spirit to grow.
Victory is yours.
Joseph was only 17 years old when God gave him dreams. His parents and brothers may not have understood or believed in those dreams, but Joseph continued to trust in God.
Throughout his life, Joseph experienced both high and low moments. Even when his circumstances were difficult, they could not destroy or control him because his trust was in the Lord.
He believed that God would fulfill the dream He had given him.
In the same way, our circumstances do not determine our identity. When we know who we are in God, we can continue trusting Him even during the difficult seasons of life.
God will fulfill the vision and purpose He has placed in your life.
