- What fruit are you eating right now?
- Do you like it?
- They are fruits you planted a long time ago.
- What fruits are you planting now?
- What fruits do you want to produce?
Proverbs 18:21 “Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit.”
Example 1: I got my car from speaking into it.
Example 2: I got to go on a mission that seemed impossible to the human eye, no money, nothing, my path is filled with death traps. One day, I said “yes, I will go.” No matter how it looks. Because we live by faith, not by sight” 2 Corinthians 5:7. But I went because I believe it in my heart. (You can go into sharing about the gospel)
- No money -> full provision. Even the group does not provide.
- Victory Church and the people of God came through.
- I got the tickets pretty quickly at affordable prices.
- People to help me come through.
- No friend for the trip, but God provided.
- Gates were packed with military, but God let us get through.
- Heilei village is protected, and our conference was a success.
- Then, days later, the village is under attack.
- Coming back, nice security was there to help me. Took 2 hrs at the airport trying to figure everything out. The bag i didn’t buy.
- There is peace inside of me. Because I know I am not alone. “Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. Psalm 23:4
- No friend for the trip in.
- I was worried, but God gave me a friend.
- God give me peace.
- I got to preach the word of God. 2x May God be glorified!!
What fruits do you want to produce in your future?
- You have got to dream, vision, see it.
- You have to say it.
- You have to believe it.
- Make it into existence.
How do you do this?
- You speak life into it.
- I receive every desire of mine. I believe that I am healed. I am a leader. I am a car owner. I am
- I am the head and not the tail. Deuteronomy 28:13 And the Lord will make you the head and not the tail; you shall be above only, and not be beneath,
- I am a warrior. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
- I am loved. I am not abandoned.
- I have a loving heavenly father who loves and cares for me.
- “Delight yourself also in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.” Psalm 27:4
- You prepared a table for me before my enemy.
- You are my shield and my rock.
- You are my refuge. When I have nowhere to go.
- You have told me that I will walk and not get weary. I will run but not get tired. I will walk a long path, but my shoes will not wear out.
- The shepherd boy David had killed Goliath. (If he didn’t believe in His heart that God, who is bigger, is on His side)
- You showed yourself in ways that I could not understand.
- Why would HE fail now?
- He won’t.
- If God were with David. Why wont HE be with you?
- Some might say David is a king. But no, he didn’t know that about himself at that moment. All he had was a sling and five stones with a peace that transcends everything.
Topic 2: Your Identity
Proverbs 23:7 “For as he thinks in his heart, so is he. “Eat and drink!” he says to you, but his heart is not with you.”
What did you see yourself as before?
- Many of you might see yourself as defeated, no home, no shelter, basically homeless, because you feel lacking.
- Some of you may feel like Samson, about to lose power.
- Maybe some are feeling confused about your identity. There is no confusion in God.
- Are you afraid? Fearful? Doubtful? Scared? Neglected? Tired? Wanna give up?
- That is not your identity. That’s a total lie from the enemy.
- God doesn’t want to keep you there.
God has a future and a plan for you.
Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.
What is your identity in Christ?
1 Peter 2:9 “But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light;”
- YOU ARE A CHILD OF GOD. WOULD HE NOT GIVE YOU YOUR DESIRES?
2 Corinthians 5:17: “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.”
- Empty out your old self
- Thoughts you had of yourself before you knew, believed and recognize God’s love, the Father’s love.
I AM:
- A child of God.
- Accepted.
- I am chosen
- A royal priesthood
- A holy nation
- God’s special people
- Redeemed
- Unshakable
- Love
